The room we booked was modern and neat for reading etc. The location was amazing - just off the square, the centre of a lovely village with shops and France or Spanish ports. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

We liked everything about your hotel except access for wheelchair was poor and the availablitiy of hot food was too late in the evening. Both these items are for us only, but the rest of your hotel is excelent. You have a lovely hotel with lovely staff. As a party of bikers, we had a long, hot day and on arrival the welcome was very friendly and the staff were helpful. Secure parking for motorbikes was an advantage. Recommend as an overnight stop. Well located in a picturesque part of Northern Spain.

Great location close to the Bilbao ferry terminal, making it a convenient stopover point. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even making us food when the kitchen was closed. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the town had plenty to see and explore within walking distance.

The room was a bit dark and claustrophobic due to a malfunctioning venetian blind that couldn't be opened. We also had issues with the food in the restaurant, particularly the steak being difficult to eat.

Convenience of hotel en route to ferry port

i was upgraded to reasonably large and perfect twin room with comfortable beds. location: the hotel was just next door to centre of charming village, and the ferry terminal. it also was right in the heart of the village.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short drive from the Santander ferry and easily accessible from the motorways. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is well-equipped, with a good bath and shower. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, catering to all our needs. The breakfast may be basic, but the excellent restaurant in the hotel makes up for it with delicious pintxos and raciones.

The wardrobes in the rooms could use better coat hangers, as the ones provided are fiddly and difficult to use.

The room was great-sized and well-designed with bedroom, comfortable beds, for example, just what was needed. The location was perfect and excellent for me as it was near Southern Spain, centre of charming village, and País Vasco. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

All good — we greatly enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel — the food was tasty and the staff were hard-working and excellent. The place had a quiet atmosphere.
